We've had a lot of requests for land based training gear and even more requests for land based exercises without gear. Unfortunately we can't send out the gear under level 4 but we will as soon as level 3 is in place (stay home until then folks, it'll help make it happen sooner!)
But we can help with the exercises. Every day this week we're releasing on social media a range of different equipment free exercises you can put into your routine to help you keep up that fitness, and work on core groups to help you maintain your skills in the pool.
And always remember to warm up and cool down afterwards. Swimmers often forget that they cool down 4 times slower on land than in the water so take your time with cool down exercises.
